WCTEL was the first in the state to have an all-fiber network for our customers, providing data, video, voice, security and cloud services.
We are looking for skilled individuals to fill a new position - Regional Service Representative - within our expanding service area of Newberry. If you want to work for a fast growing company that is an industry leader, then we want to hear from you.
This individual will be responsible for building relationships and working directly with local leaders, agencies, businesses and other organizations. They will also be responsible for installs, tests, maintains, and repairs various technology solutions, including but not limited to, VoIP Phone Services, High Speed Internet, Digital Television, IP Cameras, Home Security, and Home WiFi Networks, hands-free telephones, data sets, fax machines, intercom systems and alarm systems. They will be customer focused and a positive team player who will contribute to the overall success of WCTEL. Primary work hours are 8am - 5pm Mon thru Fri, with possible overtime and on-call.
Compensation for this position will depend on experience. WCTEL offers a complete compensation package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401K, Paid Time Off, Sick Time and paid Holidays.
