- Leading cross-functional communication of consumer engagement strategy, planning and execution.
- Assist in 1-3 year business planning of Field Marketing initiative.
- Participating in weekly meetings with agency partners and brand teams to ensure cross-functional integration and impact.
- Using past experience and new learnings to be an organizational change agent.
- Lead cross-functional teams across key strategic markets to develop and deliver strong field marketing plans to support national brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Responsible for cultivating local market insights and analysis alongside the Consumer Research and Sales Planning teams to influence Field Marketing strategy and planning.

Define and deliver robust post-mortem metric reporting and analysis for local market activations to understand impact to market, sales incrementality and recommendations to up-level field marketing strategy, implementation and executions.

Responsible for managing the local Consumer Engagement activities budget and providing Finance partners the Full-Year forecast on monthly basis to ensure accurate national Field Marketing budget tracking.
On a regular basis, lead the collaboration of brand, field, sales teams to:
- Develop creative scalable, local consumer engagement activations to be deployed in key priority markets that support brand initiatives.
- Effectively leverage shopper marketing programs with local retailers to drive incremental sales volume.
- Support planning and execution of consumer engagement strategy in local markets.
- Be a brand steward for our premium brands shown by championing consistent in-market messaging and brand alignment in local market activities.
Qualified applicants should have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or any related

5+ years of brand, event or field marketing experience including:
-
Agency/client partner management
-
Event marketing, planning and execution for CPG or lifestyle brands

Managing budgets across events and/or projects
-
Lead cross-functional teams as an influential leader
-
Travel up to 40%
