SAP Fiori Lead Consultant (Job Code: 1019)

Responsible for being intensely involved in business process consulting, including defining business requirements, providing solutions, and designing protypes; participate heavily in configuration, design, build, testing and deployment for the overall solutions, and guide and lead the Fiori implementation team to be successful in projects; act as a UX/UI & Backend Designer and Developer in a multidisciplinary team that will be responsible for implementing customer SAP Fiori projects on the on-premise SAP S/4HANA System and/or on the SAP Cloud Platform (SAP BTP); use specification of scenarios based on customer business processes to conduct customer implementation; support and conduct customer workshops; design the solution landscape, hardware and infrastructure, and interfaces for SAP solutions with SAP Fiori, SAP Fiori Launchpad/SAP Workzone, and cloud-based Fiori applications on the on-premise SAP S/4HANA System, or the SAP Cloud Platform; utilize SAPUI5, JavaScript, OData service, CDS Views models, RAP models, CAP models, Fiori Elements, Java, and ABAP to perform duties; responsible for the implementation and coding of the user experience; plan and coordinate user tests; conduct reviews of user experience aspects; act as a coordinator for project tasks; handle end-to-end project/product delivery independently and provide guidance to team members; perform analysis of critical issues for projects/products, and provide expertise towards resolution; perform high-level analysis of any new requirements/change requests to the solution from a techno-functional standpoint; escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches; and motivate team members to accomplish technical and schedule goals.
