Inside Sales & Service at busy insurance office: State Farm Insurance Hartselle, Al; No prior experience necessary but Property & Casualty license is required before being able to sell & service but not required to apply. The costs for course & exam will be reimbursed after starting the job. Drug test, background check required.
Starting pay is $11.00 an hour plus commission/bonus. Paid time off after first year.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes.
