Director of Marketing
Position Overview:
The Marketing Director will execute and oversee the administration of the Marketing of gaming and non-gaming needs; and any other Government or Enterprise needs. This person will also direct strategic planning, goal setting, and support branding awareness and identity. They will oversee the implementation of all current gaming and non-gaming efforts as well as researching and developing new efforts to improve Tribal Marketing. This position includes all gaming and non-gaming Tribal Enterprises for duties and miscellaneous initiatives listed below.
Marketing Director Duties:
- Direct the administration of the Marketing Department for gaming and non-gaming needs; and any other government or enterprise needs.
- Directly oversee the management of personnel and financial budgets for marketing.
- Develop and manage the overall marketing efforts for Tribal Enterprises.
- Develop and manage Social Media/Online Marketing for Tribal Enterprises.
- Engage with customers on a daily basis to support public relations for on and offsite exposure.
- Create and oversee implementation of marketing strategies for all Tribal Enterprises; including new and current clients.
- Direct the implementation of marketing campaigns and special events for all Tribal Enterprises.
- Direct daily activities of the Marketing Team.
- Enure marketing objectives are implemented by the Marketing Team.
- Analyze competitive environments and consumer trends.
- Produce marketing reports and data analysis.
- Coordinate training and staff development.
- All other duties assigned.
