Staff Development Coordinator
- Continually assesses staff learning. Plan and implement training programs for development and improvement of skills of all health care personnel.
- Assures regulatory requirements for staff development are met.
- Maintains staff records for training, attendance and monthly and annual mandatory orientations.
- Services as chairperson for Quarterly Infection Control Meetings.
- Maintains employee immunization records.
* 170 bed non Medicare nursing facility.
- Current NC RN License.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience.
- Have strong teaching and supervisory skills. ( some experience preferred )
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate staff and programs and should have experience with the Matrix System.
- Experience with Answers on Demand System.
Applicant should have a current NCRN License with a 4 year degree.
