Job duties include: Manage the operations of sushi restaurant. Hire, train, supervise, and coordinate other chefs, cooks, and staff members engaged in preparing and cooking to order all varieties of authentic and traditional Japanese dishes. Requires 5 years experience in job offered or in related position of Executive or Head Sushi Chef preparing and planning authentic and traditional Japanese dishes, including sushi preparation; preparing and handling raw ingredients; supervising line cooks and kitchen staff; sourcing and purchasing ingredients. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Must have California Food Handling Card or be prepared to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
