Now seeking professional Banquet Chef for high volume banquet kitchen. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of high volume Banquet Chef experience. High volume experience is essential as meals are prepared for up to 3000 guests! Must be able to execute high quality, high volume food production consistently with an emphasis on presentation. Will work with the Sales and Convention Services team on meal coordination and planning. Should be able to teach and train staff to prepare and present with the highest of standards.
Job requires attention to detail, ongoing innovative staff training, creativity, food cost control, and organizational skills. Great opportunity at an exciting property!
