IT- Case Management Administrator, Greensboro
The individual in this position will ideally have an in-depth knowledge of patient case management as well as software, data and databases, and how they inter-operate with other systems. This position will coordinate and manage all aspects of custom application support, training, development of reports and enhancements related to patient case management.
Requires a Bachelor's with a concentration in a Behavioral Health related field, Information Technology or Business, and three years of experience in healthcare including at least one year of managerial experience and experience analyzing data or developing data systems / databases in support of behavioral health programs. Prefer experience in Behavioral Health and Care Coordination / Case Management and HIPAA regulations. Experience with development of databases, data systems and data analysis & reporting. Experience with SQL, Visual Basic, Power BI or equivalent.
