Job Location - Stanislaus County, Hickman CA

Job Summary

Direct responsibilities include all aspects of Customer and Vendor Relations, Import and Export Operations, Coordination of Shipping and Receiving processes, Participation and some oversight of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control, communicating all vital information in above departments to upper management as needed or requested.

Skills / Experience: Must be flexible with the ability to switch gears easily and willing to handle a variety of Administrative Customer Service Clerk duties to include:

  • Customer Service
  • Strong and Accurate Data Entry
  • Answer phones
  • Admin support to Controller and Plant Manager
  • Must be flexible, accurate and possess the ability to work well independently
  • Must be able to multi-task and able to switch gears easily to perform various skills
  • Also must have strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Word & Excel skills Requirements Nut Industry, QA, QC & Food Safety experience preferred.
