Senior Technical Account Manager
Senior Technical Account Manager w/ Red Hat, Inc. U.S. Remote. Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S. Assist customers w/ installation of a complex software product, reqg subject matter expertise in the product as well as the customers' cloud environments. Take the customers' cloud security requirements & assist the customers w/ configuration of the product to align w/ their bus objectives. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Comp Engg or rel field & 5 yrs of exp in the job offered or rel role. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/: Linux or UNIX system admin; & customer facing, incl presales, account mgmt, customer success, consulting, or similar. Must have 1 yr of exp w/: Red Hat container technologies; the Kubernetes service offerings of at least 1 of the major cloud providers; analyzing & debugging app issues at the language level incl code dvlpmt & stack traces; mng multi customer accounts & working multi support issues as well as internal projects; & delivering tech discussions to customers pertaining to support issues or specific product details.
