Senior Solutions Architect

Senior Solutions Architect w/ Red Hat, Inc. U.S. Remote – Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S. Help customers successfully implement Red Hat solutions, give advice & review configurations as systems are configured, work w/ customers & support staff to ensure issues are identified & resolved, & help customers create new & innovative systems using Red Hat systems. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Comp Sci, Comp Engg or rel field & 5 yrs of exp  in the job offered or rel role. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/: working in software engg, consulting, infrastructure mgmt, sales engg, or a solutions architecture role; Linux system admin; 1 or more virtualization providers; & giving tech presentations to small & large groups of bus, tech, mgmt, & leadership audiences. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: 1 or more public cloud providers incl Amazon Web Services (AWS), MS Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or IBM Cloud, & their integration w/ enterprise customers; hyperscaler services; implementing & deploying Kubernetes & rel CNCF landscape projects; & IT architecture mgmt, incl creating & following complex architecture implementation plans. Domestic travel reqd up to 20% of the time to customer sites & internal & external conferences. Travel expenses covered by Red Hat, Inc.
