Managed Cloud Services Support Engineer
Managed Cloud Services Support Engineer w/ Red Hat, Inc. U.S. Remote. Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S. Work w/ customers & internal teams to help resolve tech customer issues. Analyze info from standard sources such as system logs, to determine a proper course of action to customer issues, which may incl re-installation or modifications of an existing system. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Comp Sci or rel field & 3 yrs of exp in the job offered or rel role. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: Linux or Unix operating systems; & working w/ hosted environments, mnged services, or large-scale app deployments. Must have 2 yrs of exp providing enterprise tech support to customers consuming Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Software-as-a-Service (Saas) techs. Must have exp w/: Kubernetes or similar cloud & container techs; dvlpr workflows, continuous integration (CI) tools; & Jira.
