Create & maintain success metrics dashboard in Jira for the software engg teams to identify bottlenecks in the software delivery process. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Industrial Engg, Process Improvement or rel field OR 2 yrs of exp in the job offered or rel role. Position reqs working know of the following skills gained thru coursework or exp: working w/ agile delivery teams where reqs are refined as the product is being created; Agile coaching exp w/in engg teams & helping teams find pain points in the delivery process & become self-organizing; data analytic tools to make Data-driven decisions & track metrics; facilitating Agile, Scrum, or Lean team meetings & influencing engg teams to become more agile; Jira, Trello or Open-Source agile lifecycle mgmt tools; & setting Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for engg teams.
