Job Description:
The Account Support Specialist plays an integral role in the financial credibility of the company through the completion of day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Responsibilities:
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Performing data entry
Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Contacting customers with delinquent accounts
Working independently with established procedures associated with the job function
Other office tasks which from time-to-time may be required
Skill set:
Great attention to detail
Working knowledge of QuickBooks
Good planning and organizational skills
Excellent time management with the ability to work independently
Great problem solving and communication skills
Education and experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years in an AR and AP role
