Project Manager
Project Manager (Real Estate & Economic Development) Position available at Landmarks Development Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA to draft, coordinate & manage real estate & economic dev’t projects for entire project life cycle.
Requirements: Master’s in Public Policy, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or Public Administration, or related field or foreign degree equivalent; 3 years work experience in Project Management including planning, managing, & scheduling projects & preparing & reviewing contract docs; 2 years work experience in ArcGIS mapping software w/ability to utilize Geo-Spatial analysis techniques including Geo-processing, Geocoding, Model Builder, Buffer zones, Cluster / Proximity analysis, Choropleth & Kernel Density Maps; 2 years work experience with Historic Tax Credit (HTC) & Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs & other federal funding programs including (but not limited to) HOME & CDBG funds; 1 year financial analysis work experience; 1 year work experience in RealSTATs real estate software for property analysis; 2 years work experience in Adobe Creative Suite (CS5 Management including FileMaker Pro to develop Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagrams, Table Schemas, & User Interface (UI). 2 years work experience in website management tools including Wordpress & Google Analytics to track website performance metrics. Work experience with Proforma & model building in Excel for real estate analysis; Proficiency w/ MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio & Word).
