Community College Recruiter
Recruits students for the Associate, Bachelor, and Master programs within the College of Adult and Graduate Studies (AGS) by generating and following up on leads from Community Colleges and Technical Schools within the Ohio/Indiana region. The Community College Recruiter is also responsible for increasing brand name recognition in the Ohio/Indiana area by participating in events that would lead to the generation of new prospects – these can be table set-ups and presentation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification)
- Establish relationships with Community Colleges and Technical schools within the Ohio/Indiana region.
- Hold table set-ups/presentations to generate leads at these community colleges and technical schools
- Follow up on leads and applicants from inquiry to student
- Follow up with leads/applicants through phone calls, emails, and texts
- A required number of table set-ups, leads, and new students generated will be accounted for weekly/monthly
- Articulate financial aid and transcript reviews with the applicants
- Complete weekly and monthly reports
- Work with other departments to ensure leads and applicants are registered
- Track paperwork for applicants/students and oversee all information is updated in Sonis
- Other duties as assigned

- Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience in student recruitment required
- Skill and Ability to:
- Excellent communication skills (including telephone and interpersonal)
