Survey Center Operations Manager
Needed to lead the NORC telephone survey center in Wichita, Kansas and collaboratively work with the Telephone Surveys and Support Operations (TSSO) team at two other telephone survey centers. The main activity of the survey center is conducting computer assisted telephone interviews (CATI).
This is an exceptional opportunity for a survey research / call center professional with a successful track record. We are looking for a candidate who will concentrate their efforts in recruiting, motivating and managing a team of supervisors and several hundred hourly telephone interviewers, and be able to develop the knowledge needed to manage projects.
