International User Experience Researcher (Fluent in Mandarin Chinese)

International User Experience Researcher – 1 open position (full-time remote) with Nielsen Norman Group, Inc. Analyze dynamics of client website or mobile app interface, identify issues and problems causing inefficiencies, and recommend changes to improve experience for clients’ employees or users. Plan and conduct user research methodologies, including:  qualitative usability testing, field studies, benchmarking studies, diary studies, surveys, and interviews. Conduct research studies in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Write research reports and articles that summarize findings.  Requires US or foreign equivalent Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction. Must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese; domestic and international travel required to conferences, user research sites and client locations (approximately 15%)
