Operations Manager

La Cuisine International Distributors, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager in Miami, Florida to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations within the appliances industry. Manage & optimize the use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS*) to streamline processes. Develop & implement strategies to maximize warehouse space utilization & labor productivity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations & best practices in warehouse operations. Lead a team of 5 warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, & performance management. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, & customer service to meet operational goals. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) & operational data to identify areas for improvement & implement solutions. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Management or related field. Foreign degree equivalent acceptable plus 2 yrs exp in job offered or in operations management & supply chain logistics.
