KABAB AND CURRY, Raleigh, NC. Cook Indian/Nepali. Duties: Prepare, season and cook soups, main dishes and desserts for Indian/Nepali restaurant. Prepare kabobs, tandoori, samosas, appetizers, pakoras, aloo tikki, variety of curry dishes, and prepare naans in Tandoor clay oven. Must have two (2) years full-time experience cooking in Indian and/or Nepali restaurant. Job Hours and Days of Week: Tuesday Saturday; Noon 8pm.
