Restaurant Cook - Indian/ Nepali (Full Time)
Kabab and Curry Restaurant, Raleigh, NC. 2 positions Available.
Duties: Prepare, season, and cook soups, main dishes and desserts for Indian/Nepali restaurant. Able to prepare onion base gravy as well as tomato base sauce from the start. Prepare kabobs, tandoori, appetizers, variety of curry dishes, and prepare naans in Tandoor clay oven. Requirements: Must have two (2) years prior full-time experience cooking in Indian and/or Nepali restaurant(s). Hours: Varying shifts available:11 am - 7 pm: Monday, Thursday- Sunday,11 am - 7 pm: Wednesday- Sunday,2 pm - 10 pm: Tuesday- Saturday, and2 pm -10 pm: Monday- Wednesday, and Friday- Saturday.
