GATEWAY SUPPORT ENGINEER, IBM Corporation, Charlotte, NC: Provide broad technical support for clients' in-service support issues as well as focused diagnostics, implementation, and rollout support to resolve Gateway client trouble tickets. Support ticket coverage (triage, debug, resolution, and escalation). Work closely with Gateway Services Support Managers, client stakeholders, and SMEs to properly diagnose, resolve, implement, test, and provide rollout support to resolve customer trouble tickets. Articulate details of technical issues, tasks, and/or solutions to technical and non-technical staff. Document aspects of technical solutions (Universal Markup Language [UML], Visio, configuration instructions, test plans, and other relevant technical documentation). Utilize: Security Access Manager, Security Federated Identity Manager, Security Directory Server, Security Directory Integrator, and WebSphere Application Server. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Analyst, Senior System Engineer, or related. Five (5) years of experience must include utilizing Security Access Manager, Security Federated Identity Manager, Security Directory Server, Security Directory Integrator, and WebSphere Application Server.
