TECHNICAL RESOLUTION SPECIALIST, IBM Corporation, Durham, NC: Provide functional and technical subject matter advice by understanding customer implementations and troubleshooting complex technical issues in e-commerce solutions developed using Sterling supply chain applications. Review complex customer implementations. Provide technical insight and feasible solutions for complex business problems. Collaborate with multiple teams during analysis process to deliver higher level of support to end users and enhance their product experience. Conduct customer calls to discuss critical issues and assist with their business problems. Review designs. Identify and deliver functionalities to customers. Work with latest tools and processes via enablement sessions and individual discussions. Work with management to plan and enhance existing team processes and work flows. Utilize Sterling Configure Price Quote, Sterling Order Management System, Call Center for Commerce, Sterling Call Center, and Store Engagement. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and one (1) year of experience as a Software Engineer or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Sterling Configure Price Quote, Sterling Order Management System, Call Center for Commerce, Sterling Call Center, and Store Engagement.
