Sales Manager – Poultry, North America

As HAMLET PROTEIN’s new Sales Manager – Poultry you apply your enthusiasm, determination and sales excellence to build, develop and service our customer portfolio with a focus on increasing sales. Combining our growth strategy with your natural talent for building relationships, you deliver value by acting as our external product ambassador, instilling trust in your customers and colleagues. You use your excellent communication skills to negotiate and close contracts, and cultivate professional relationships to add to your already impressive network by attending conferences and exhibitions.
Keen industry understanding and strong will to succeed
You have a BS or MS in Animal Science or Animal Nutrition and 5 years of current and relevant experience. Your previous positions have given you a keen understanding of the animal feed and/or feed ingredient landscape, and you cannot wait to produce and execute winning individual account strategies and key selling points. Your past results prove your ability to create growth by understanding the challenges faced by modern broiler producers, poultry integrators and feed manufacturers and turning them into opportunities.
You communicate fluently in English as you will interact with other members of the North American and global sales teams. The Microsoft Office Suite, formulation software and Skype for business is second nature to you.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Whether you choose to work from our U.S. headquarters in Findlay, Ohio, or from your U.S.-based home office, you should expect to spend 25-50% of your time on business travel both domestic and international.
