International Export Clerk
Full-Time International Export Clerk Wanted. Must have minimum 3-5 years experience. Salary and benefits package offered. Salary based upon experience. The primary duty of an International Export Clerk is to review and process shipment transactions, including all related activities, for one or more major accounts, and to provide excellent, proactive and timely customer service. Export Clerk will serve as the primary contact for all parties concerning assigned accounts. Performs all duties correctly, cost-efficiently, and according to Company standards using the regular exercise of discretion and independent judgement. Must assist in all daily tasks including trucking. Generate, manage, distribute on time all necessary required paperwork for shipments. Follow up on all pending shipments daily. Back up for others in the Export department. Strong knowledge in OASIS stystem a plus. Responsible to enter Invoices, Bills pertaining to all shipments. Detailed and multitask oriented. Excellent verbal, writing communication skills required. Must be able to meet deadlines and have good time management skills.
