Job Title: Technical Support Specialist


  • Provide support and implementation of Informer for customers
  • Assist product development team with testing and debugging of the software
  • Create documentation and videos for customer support to assist clients after implementation of Informer
  • Learn new database schemas to create database mapping and report packages to distribute to different business verticals


  • A college degree in computer science or related field
  • IT-related customer service or software support background
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to utilize problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to find answers to support issues
  • Technical/professional expertise required to do the job effectively and to create effective customer solutions
  • Programming experience in SQL, Java, JavaScript, or similar language
  • Experience with Windows and Linux file systems

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with using Docker
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration
