Responsibilities:
- Assist Accounting Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly and effectively
- Coordinates maintenance issues
- Maintains necessary supplies
- Coordinates birthdays and other company events
- Filing
- Process and distribute mail
- Oversees the company car
- Handles shipping logistics for Tradeshows, etc
- Coordinates employee travel, including hotels, flights, etc
- Liaise with 3rd party office vendors
- Handles credit card reconciliation
- Special projects assigned by Accounting Manager
Requirements:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in business
- Prior experience as an Office Assistant
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
