Office Assistant: Help assist office personnel on daily tasks including answering phones, typing, filing, office cleaning, printing document & drawings, errands, checking and responding to emails for owner & project managers
Project Assistant: Help assist project manager keep jobs running smoothly. Including answering phone, typing, filing, billing, printing drawings, organizing drawings, keeping work orders in order, price quotes, purchase orders. Good communication skills required.
Project Manager: Run the jobs, including bidding, coordinating, scheduling, RFI, change orders, billing, job site visits, creating schedules and job site laydown plans. Good communication skills required and shop experience a plus.
Estimator: Bid jobs, large & small, from drawings, create estimate in excel, create proposal in word, communicate and coordinate with all GC's and bidders as well as office and shop personnel as required.
