Duties: site ANLYS, precedent RSRCH & INVES site context; inspect & RSRCH materials used in DSGN; INC DW Legacy Design into PROJ; create deliverables (schematic plans, studies, 3D VIS, drawings, site models, TECH CONST DOC’s, etc.); DW CAD, DOC STAND & best PRACT for DOC PROD; MKTG via proposals, PUB, site RSRCH & interview PREP; PROJ archiving & award SUBM; purse DW’s 5 year plan for growth & DEVE; maintain established billable percentages; conduct site OBS & produce field OBS memos.
