IT-Support Analyst
IT-Support Analyst (Morrisville, NC): Provide second level production support & maintenance for IBM mainframe based applications. Assist with active monitoring, troubleshooting, resolution, incident analysis, application enhancement, release management & problem management. Liaise with end user community to understand their problems & needs, & provide technical & analytical support. Analyze & implement strategic IT solutions to production problems for applications, while adhering to deadlines & facilitating timely delivery for Operations clients. Analyze & debug existing source code to find bugs & performance issues. Design, develop, test, & implement enhancements & bug fixes. Document acquired application knowledge & provide training to junior team members. Work with IBM mainframe technologies, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, & CICS. Req’s Master’s degr plus 2 yrs exp.
