IT-Support Analyst
IT-Support Analyst (Morrisville, NC): Provide second-level production support & maintenance for trade settlement & reconciliation, stock record maintenance, & regulatory reporting applications in the Operations IT New Trade Processing Architecture area. Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, & resolving issues. Perform incident analysis, application enhancement, release management, & problem management. Liaise with the end user community to understand their problems & needs & provide technical & analytical support. Provide in-depth analysis & implement strategic IT solutions to production problems. Analyze & debug existing source code using COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL & CICS to find bugs & performance issues. Design, develop, test, & implement enhancements & bug fixes.
