IT-Assistant Vice President (Morrisville, NC): Ensure changes in non-financial risk applications are in line with target architecture. Keep design artifacts updated for application changes. Work with business analysts to understand requirements. Provide technical design for implementation. Provide support to business users. Monitor application deployment & provide support in analyzing & resolving business user queries. Ensure accomplishment of Support Service Level Objectives & Key Performance Indicators. Work on incident management & problem resolution. Work with application integration (REST APIs, data feeds, & messaging); non-financial risk applications; Java; React UI; Spring; SQL; Oracle; microservice architecture; DevOps; Red Hat OpenShift; &, banking laws related to data authorization.
