Finance-Vice President (Morrisville, NC): Work on the submission of liquidity reports to the Federal Reserve across U.S. businesses & entities in adherence with regulations under Dodd Frank. Maintain data quality & enhance data accuracy & usability for reporting. Review & analyze U.S. Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) calculation. Review the regulatory requirement framework related to LCR readiness of the U.S. Intermediate Holding Company with respect to formulating controls along with procedure & baseline documentation. Identify & provide training, development, & mentoring on banking products, processes, & business activities. Monitor end-to-end audit requirements from the Regulatory Risk & Quality Assurance team. Discuss identified issues & monitor timely implementation of audit recommendations. Work on regional liquidity rule application & interpretation & engage Risk & Regulatory Policy to offer solutions for regulatory reporting. Keep abreast of regulatory developments & interpret the impact on liquidity & funding risk management. Monitor new business initiatives to assess liquidity reporting implications. Ensure efficiency & excellence through process improvements & report enhancements while maintaining adequate operational controls to identify process lapses. Examine liquidity & funding risks including risk mitigation provided by liquidity buffer portfolios to identify trends in assumptions & negative trends in relation to trigger events.
