Finance-Senior Financial Controller (Morrisville, NC): Prepare & submit monthly occupancy forecasts. Coordinate with different teams for any changes related to forecasts. Provide guidance on the full year forecast. Prepare annual occupancy financial plan. Present Monthly Premises Report to provide month-over-month variance commentary, actual vs. budget variance analysis, & budget vs. forecast analysis to management. Utilize Excel VBA, Essbase, Peoplesoft, SAP MyShop, Business Objects, & Occupancy Strategic Cost Analysis & Reporting tool. Apply knowledge of lease accounting & related standards; forecasting process of occupancy; financial management; Excel & VBA macros; &, financial planning & analysis of occupancy P&L.
