Finance-Risk Management Specialist (Morrisville, NC): Identify key non-financial risks for U.S. legal entities & integrate them into the material risk identification process. Establish clarity around accountability & individual responsibilities across key risks for U.S. legal entities. Improve the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, including enhancing the internal RCSA assessment tool. Conduct risk trend analysis in support of proposals or execution of thematic risk reviews to drive process & control improvements. Strengthen & simplify metrics for U.S. legal entities. Improve risk insight & content & increase circulation of risk analyses & recommendations for process & control improvement to governance bodies & through reporting. Work on Operational Risk Incident Reviews (ORI) by performing root cause analyses & participating in risk discussions & remediation. Perform risk analysis & reporting to facilitate the transparency of risk trends, quantitative measures, & risk management highlights across the Non-Financial Risk Management Framework (NFRF) to senior management & governance forums. Apply knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial risk; process design oversight & strategic change concepts (end-to-end flow, risk identification & mitigation, design & operating efficiency assessment, measurement, & monitoring techniques); &, risk & control framework concepts, measurement, & capital requirement frameworks.
