FINANCE-MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Research Triangle Park, NC): Conduct organizational studies & evaluations, design systems & procedures, conduct work simplification & measurement studies, & prepare operations & procedures documentation to assist management in operating more efficiently & effectively. Work on regulatory projects covering client reference data systems & distribution flows & the strategic migration of the client reference data platform, applying knowledge of global financial regulations including, but not limited to, EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulations), FinfraG (Financial Markets Infrastructure Act in Switzerland), Dodd-Frank (US), Canada reporting regulations, SEC CAT (Securities Exchange Commission's Consolidated Audit Trail) regulations, LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) reporting requirements, & IOSCO (International Organization of Securities Commissions) regulations. Work with global stakeholders in understanding & translating business requirements to the underlying data, applying knowledge of financial products (OTC & listed derivatives) & related front-to-back investment banking business process flows. Coordinate user acceptance testing for business users, including preparing test scripts & validating test completion & signoff. Create key project documents, including end-to-end current & future business process flows, use cases, business requirement documents, & cost & benefits analysis.
