Finance-Director, Valuation Risk & Control (Morrisville, NC): Work closely with the Global Head & Product Leads to develop & drive a three-year strategic end state plan across people, process, & innovative technology. Perform annual expense planning versus budget targets, including major expense line cost reduction strategies. Determine global people location strategy, including deployment & headcount planning, hiring, & recruitment. Set vision, strategy, & direction for the Valuation Risk & Control (VRC) technology & innovation change agenda across all core VRC processes, including independent price verification, fair valuation adjustments, fair value leveling, & prudential valuation across credit, fixed income, & equity products in all major global markets within US GAAP, IFRS, Swiss GAAP, & various international local GAAPs. Oversee business cases, benefits, requirements, designs, solutions, testing, go-live, adoptions, & rollouts. Apply knowledge of investment banking product control, valuation risk, & control processes; global change management & implementing large-scale transformative change programs & innovative technology; &, international accounting, valuation, & regulatory requirements.
