FINANCE-Compensation Specialist (Research Triangle Park, NC): Execute year-end variable compensation & salary review processes from end-to-end for Global Markets COO/Operations. Provide ad hoc compensation advice & guidance to line managers on new hire offers, severance packages, & out-of-cycle salary changes throughout the year. Review market data from Towers Watson & McLagan to prepare customized compensation reports & analytics based on business needs to support Human Resources Business Partners & line managers. Perform statistical analysis using Excel, Access, Oracle Business Intelligence & PeopleSoft to provide data & analytics in support of division-wide reporting & overall compensation agenda. Monitor & analyze global regulatory requirements (Fed, FINMA, & PRA) related to compensation structures & polices & implement as appropriate for client coverage area.
