Finance-Assistant Vice President, Litigation Accounting (Morrisville, NC): Interact with cross-border litigation teams to provide an all-inclusive view into litigation costs. Ensure month-close accounting & cross-border reporting requirements are timely & accurately completed. Support all necessary regulatory & audit controls over the Accounting & Finance function, including Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) reviews, external audit controls, & Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR) requirements. Review the Litigation Reserves Reporting System (LRRS) for completeness to be utilized for monthly & quarterly reporting, CCAR, & SOX requirements. Prepare financial analysis for litigation review meetings to record correct provisional balances. Support litigation initiatives & projects to assist in the delivery & efficiency of accurate financial reporting. Provide financial analysis & updates on the impact of individual litigation matters across the company's geographical footprint at a divisional & entity level & report findings to senior management. Complete operational risk reports capturing settled litigation cases for calculation purposes within financial models of the CCAR framework. Req's Bachelor's degr plus 1 yr exp.
