The team behind Jose and Sons Bar + Kitchen has opened a vibrant seafood restaurant in the heart of the Glenwood South district. Chef Oscar Diaz's menu is seafood centric with focus on quality, sustainable and local seafare. We are looking for strong minded individuals who understand the realities of running a day to day kitchen. Minimum of 5 years experience in a quality kitchen. Must have a mastery for preparation and extensive knowledge of ceviches, fish butchering, and oysters. Must be able to balance Latin and International flavors.
