Custodian 3 (Swing & Graveyard Shift Supervisors) Full-Time State-Funded Classified Position Salary: $29,544.00 - $38,988.00 Annually $2,462.00 - $3,249.00 Monthly Closing Date: Open Until Filled (First consideration closes March 3, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time) Columbia Basin College ("CBC" or the "College") seeks a Custodian 3-(Swing & Graveyard Shift Supervisors), which are working supervisor positions with assigned custodial staff. These positions supervise custodial staff on a team cleaning concept and perform a variety of custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and care of campus buildings and grounds. This position reports to the Custodian 5 - Custodial Department Supervisor.

Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience performing janitorial, general or building maintenance or custodial work; Working knowledge of custodial supplies, chemicals and floor care products and methods; Working knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, buffers/polishers, high-pressure washers, etc.; and Valid US driver's license.

Physical Requirements: Physical strength, agility and endurance to walk/stand for prolonged periods of time; Bend/reach, lift, pull or push objects weighing up to 100 pounds; and Climb ladders and operate custodial-related equipment.
