Energy and Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities include: Performs intermediate administrative work developing and coordinating energy conservation programs, reviewing and reporting results of energy savings to external agencies, coordinating customer service and responding to data requests, developing and coordinating outreach, marketing and advertising programs, preparing the energy conservation budget, performing various accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, and related work as apparent or assigned.

Qualifications: Associates / Technical degree with coursework in accounting, business administration, energy management, communications, marketing, or related field and moderate experience in a technical or energy management environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Special Requirements: Certified Energy Manager designation within two years of hire.
