Duties
The project manager will be responsible for managing multiple capital related construction projects for client-owned properties ranging in value from $50,000 to 2,000,000.
Duties include the management of all facets of each project including initial conceptual budgeting, scope development, planning, scheduling, bidding, final budget approval, contract creation, project execution, quality control, punch list completion, reporting and closeout.
Qualifications
Candidates must have five or more years of project related experience and a four-year college degree. Ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical / plumbing drawings is required. Five or more years of project experience on upgrading, modifying, and / or replacing building infrastructure (mechanical / electrical / plumbing, etc.) is required.
Intermediate to advanced use of Windows, Microsoft Office and SharePoint as a business tool.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data, architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports and legal documents; effectively communicate with and present information to clients and other stakeholders.
