The tenant services coordinator will manage corrective and proactive service requests in a Class-A suburban office park setting. The tenant services coordinator is responsible for facilitating and following up on all requests to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution of complaints. The essential duties of this job include the following:
Receive and respond to tenant service requests and complaints, coordinate work order requests with engineering, housekeeping, security and property management work groups. Follow up daily with tenants to ensure complete satisfaction of delivery of services and resolution of complaints. Keep building management personnel informed of tenant concerns, complaints and building issues.
Maintain the online work order system including entering data, running reports, updating tenant location information and facilitating the entry and set-up of new tenants and employees. Work with security and property management to coordinate contractor access requests and workflows through a web based application.
Provide general administrative support to the building management team as needed.
Qualifications include: An associate’s degree or four-year degree in business or a related field preferred; minimum 3 years administrative experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry, or equivalent combination of education and or experience. Working knowledge of SharePoint as a business tool highly preferred.
Strong computer skills; people-oriented; excellent phone and customer service skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively; sound reasoning ability.
