Executive Director
St. Leonard, a CHI Living Community, has an exciting leadership opportunity for an Executive Director committed to serving and growing our Catholic ministry. The Executive Director will lead a team of dedicated professionals committed to our values of Compassion, Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence, and Collaboration.
Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult daycare as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.
The Executive Director will lead strategic initiatives with innovative solutions that enrich the quality of residents’ lives and develop employee, community, and industry relationships. The Executive Director provides direction and oversight for overall operations including regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical, and financial control.
To accomplish these goals, candidates must have:
- A Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Ohio
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Ten or more years executive leadership experience in continuing care retirement communities
- Involvement in local community organizations
