Now seeking experienced Assistant Food Beverage Director for very large hotel and convention center. Must be able to effectively oversee multiple outlets to include restaurant, bars, and a large banquet operation. Should be able to effectively communicate with many different guests, managers and associates. Should be able to ensure quality training and supervision to promote employee longevity and to provide an excellent guest experience. Must be able to promote a culture of safety through training and instruction. Should be able to develop relationships with guests to ensure they have the best experience and to respond to any guest issues. Should also be able to ensure that all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards are met. Great opportunity for someone with at least 5 years experience in large operations management.
