Catholic Health Group provides a continuum of care, including short-term subacute care featuring a wide range of physical, occupational and speech therapy, adult daycare programs, independent living, personal care, dementia and memory support care, and long-term care. In the Philadelphia region Catholic Health Group affiliate homes include place for over 1,400 residents spread across six campuses in Northeast Philadelphia, South Philadelphia, Darby, Lancaster, Downingtown, and Lansdale. Whatever your needs may be and wherever you are located, we are here to service you in a conveniently located Catholic Health Group home. Catholic Health Group is honored to be the healthcare provider designated by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia as “Stewards of the Catholic Tradition In the Archdiocese of Philadelphia”. Each of our homes has a full pastoral care department that is closely integrated into our community and daily life. Our homes proudly include beautiful chapels that celebrate daily mass, Rosary and Scripture readings, and other special liturgies and programs. We will also arrange for you to see a member of a pastoral care team or a clergy person of another denomination. Our residents don’t live in our facility, we work in their home.
