Project Coordinator
Job Brief
We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize varying types of customer projects.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with the Account Management Team Members to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes for customer related projects. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, meet high quality standards, are well documented, and include a follow-up plan.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer project requests
- Coordinate technical new customer implementations
- Manage HR link installations
- Manage SAML installations
- Manage bvsLive! and Virtual Classroom installations
- Coordinate reference requests and maintain reference database
- Process custom report requests
- Coordinate Financial GURU implementations
- Act as the point of contact to communicate project status to all participants
- Communicate with customers to identify and define project specifications
- Make sure that customers’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Additional tasks as requested
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong customer-facing and teamwork skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Skilled in Excel and Word
- College Degree or relevant experience
