As an Executive Assistant at Allbridge, the primary responsibility is to provide a high-level of administrative support and serve as the primary point of contact for our company CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency and possess good judgment to effectively keep the CEO organized amid multiple priorities. This person will be an expert administrator and perform duties such as active calendar management and meeting coordination; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; preparing and distributing presentations and reports; and representing the executive office both internally and externally, while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • High School/GED
  • Good organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to compose proper written reports, memos, letters and other documents
  • Ability to analyze incoming reports, memos and emails to determine the proper distribution for the information
  • Ability to perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and record management
  • Ability to represent the company’s executives in a professional manner
  • Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
  • Knowledge of is a plus

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude

Essential Functions

  • Provide email and phone correspondence for executives
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements for executives
  • Organize all incoming information for executives
  • Prepare meeting materials and notes as needed
